About InJobber...And Me Too

Okay, I'm Finally writing about this Webpage and a little about me. This is kind of a totally different Ballpark for me.   So, here it goes...
InJobber started out as an idea I came up with when I was feeling  Absolutely Miserable. It started about five years ago when it seemed that I was being turned down one job after another-or just as it looked like I definitely had that perfect job and I, this "Amazing Medical Receptionist", was the perfect fit.
I felt lonely, sad, overwhelmed and depressed, along with feeling like I instantly went from "The Lady With All The Answers" to "The Uber Loser".  I went to Google to see if I could find some kind of support (a prayer, quote or prayer group) and found it took longer than I wanted and wished that there was a one-stop place, online, where not only could I search for jobs, but that I wasn't alone and someone is thing or praying for me. I then began thinking that there may be many others going through the same thing and I decided to come up a small online Prayer Support Group for Job Seekers and named it Jenney's Comfort Corner.
Just as I was organizing the Webpage, I obtained a job as a Campus Temp/ Medical Administrative Assistant with UCI Medical Center. Jenney's Comfort Corner was put on hold until a year later when I was laid-off.
After going through some of the shell-shock of being laid-off, I began writing my LinkedIn profile and looking into ways of getting Jenney's Comfort Corner off the ground. Several months later, I became manager of Job Announcements, a LinkedIn Discussion Subgroup.
I then realized that it's not only locally that Job Seekers need a support group, but it was worldwide. It also seemed that I was overwhelming the discussion group with all the jobs I would find online, as I was doing my own Job Search. ...And so, International Job Resources was created.
It was put on hiatus, here and there, as I was dedicating myself to Job Announcements and finding more ideas for the Webpage. In April of this year, Job Announcements had 1100+ member before merging with it's main group, Admin Pros.
I am now devoting more time to this Blog, while doing part-time Affiliate Marketing and researching ways to start an at-home Medical Billing business. I still enjoy very much being a Medical Receptionist and would love to have that opportunity again, but the thought of operating a Medical Business, instead of helping to start one sounds very tempting...We'll see.
