Know You Strengths and Weaknesses In Your Natural Communication Style

*Have you ever felt there were those awkward moments when you're interviewing for that 'Dream Job'?  It may be your natural communication style-and you don't even realize it.

Not knowing your strengths and weaknesses in your communication style can make someone feel uncomfortable around you-and even have a Hiring Manager feel that you lack the confidence and know-how to be hired for a position within a company.

Thinking about how you respond is just as important as what you response is. There are many communication tests to improve your communication skills-and some of them are even free. I just completed one earlier, today.
